We would like to introduce our Self Defence Club in Eltham. Our new training place is ready to welcome new and existing members of our club. We commence our training sessions from the 7th of January 2024 as follows.
Sport Sambo training sessions:
Every Sunday - 10am to 11.15am for juniors and 11.30am to 12.45pm for seniors.
Self Defence training sessions:
These are only for juniors.
Every Monday and Thursday
4.30pm to 5.45pmAll training sessions are £10 per sessions as detailed above.
