- We have a qualified SENco based at our nursery that supports all children with SEND, we also have a senior SENCo who advises and mentors the SENco’s based at our nurseries. All staff receives SEN training and are confident in delivering support programmes such as sensory circuit. We have a dedicated area ‘The Nest’ within the nursery which enables us to provide 1-1 and small group target work. We work closely with the borough’s Early years inclusion team and can support parents through all steps from early identification and diagnosis through to acquiring an EHCP.
