Millwall Community Trust AP Sport

Millwall Community Trust  offers Secondary aged pupils aged 14-16 AP Academy a part-time alternative education provision and acts as a precursor to our post-16 football academy and Sport Traineeship programmes providing KS4 pupils, including YR9 opportunities to study towards a recognised L1-2 Sport qualifications, Employability and industry specific qualifications, whilst partaking in practical, sport-related activities and learning. The curriculum offers both non-formal theory and practical activities. We aim to help re-engage targeted students in learning and develop the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary for employment in the sports industry sector. MCT also offers provision designed to help students to continue to develop their English, Maths and ICT skills.  Places are spot purchased by the LA.
