Creativity for Wellbeing
Thanks to Greenwich Mental Health Hub we are running Creativity for Wellbeing, a project for migrant women living in Greenwich, which uses the arts and creative activities to improve wellbeing through engaging both the mind and the body.
We will meet weekly for 2-hour sessions facilitated by different guests who specialise in dance, yoga, crafts, and other creative areas that will be designed to improve mental health, and encourage participants to find ways to use the activities in their everyday lives to improve their wellbeing.
This is a great opportunity for migrant women to come together to share experiences, feel part of a community, and gain confidence in using local services that specifically address mental health needs.
