Thames Path Parkrun, Woolwich
Free, weekly, timed 5k parkrun for all ages and abilities. Every Saturday at 9am by Woolwich Pier.
Everyone is welcome to run, walk or volunteer with us, every week or just once in a while. Register on the parkrun website and print or screenshot the barcode you are given and you are all set. We welcome first timers at 8.45! You can be nearer 9 thereafter.
Come to us to get fit, have fun or just to meet people and be part of the community. Volunteers volunteer a week at a time (generally from 8.30 to 10am) so fine if you can't come for several weeks, we often go to the cafe in Woolwich Works after making it a very social event, you can also run or volunteer with a dog.
