We support children with the transition from Year 6 to secondary school.
What we offer:
- We provide resources to schools to help prepare vulnerable pupils and pupils with complex needs for the transition to secondary school.
- We offer continued support and advice throughout Year 7 for pupils on our caseload with complex needs.
