Strong and steady: Mobility and balance programme
Build confidence in your home if you've had a fall or are worried about your balance with exercises that can help prevent falls and improve your balance.
The programme includes exercises that can help prevent falls, educational talks and opportunities to meet others who have recently fallen or struggle with their balance.
Sessions run for up to 26 weeks. You can complete the simple home based programme once or twice a week. Group exercise sessions are on Wednesdays at community centres in Woolwich and Greenwich.
