Helping support mental health recovery through learning and goal setting.
Students get information, advice and guidance to identify their wellbeing goals and then enrol on a 6 week course that helps you make choices about your recovery and support you with your goals.
There are courses, workshops, activities and peer support groups.
Courses are led by adult learning professionals with lived experience of mental health.
The team are not clinicians and do not offer any therapies.
