Observe Supported Living

Observe run two homes for supported living and hospital discharge. This can help you get the support you need to recover so you can return to living in your home safely after you leave hospital. 

The supported living scheme can help people who need support due to mental health, a learning disability or autism. They will match the support on offer to you to give you the confidence that they’ll meet your needs. 

Both homes have teams available to provide 24-hour care and 1-1 support to those who are staying there. The teams are fully checked, trained and have experience meeting a wide range of care needs.
