Community choir on the Lewisham Road

A community choir that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the local community by reducing isolation and giving people new opportunities to enjoy a rewarding and enriching activity.

This choir cares about diversity and inclusivity, and always do their best to allow everyone to participate. No auditions, everyone is warmly welcome regardless of ability of experience.

The choir meets at Morden Mount Primary School on Tuesday evenings during term time.

Founded by local musicians Jake Alexander and Priya Bose, the choir aims to create an ensemble that covers many genres. Most of the singing is done a cappella and occasionally use live instruments.

Most members are from the Lewisham/Greenwich area but there are members from all across South East London and beyond.

The choir is free to join but donations are welcome. There are suggested rates but the choir is run on a pay-what-you-can basis. Please contact the choir to discuss this.

You are welcome to just turn up to a session on the day - there is no need to book or contact them first.
