Club nights for people with physical or learning difficulties

A club night for people with physical or learning disabilities to go and socialise. This also gives families or carers some time to do activities or things for themselves.

The club nights are every 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month.

The club has minibuses and they can give lifts to any members who need transport.

They also have trips out during the summer and they organise a week's holiday every year.

HALO is a voluntary organisation in Eltham.

There are currently around 50 members, including children and older people. The members have disabilities such as deafness, blindness, Down's Syndrome, Rett Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, autism, epilepsy and heart problems.

Most members have more than one of these disabilities so there is a sense of community and understanding among them.
