Call Companions is a telephone befriending service ensuring older people stay connected to the outside world.
It is available to anyone aged 75 and over who feels lonely or isolated and would like a regular chat over the phone with a friendly volunteer.
This service runs all through the year, including during the Christmas season.
You can request this service for yourself or for someone you know if you have their permission.
