Mental Health Activity Trust
We are an non-for-profit charitable organisation set up to help and support people with mental health problems. Specifically to get back into full and part time employment. We provide clinical, emotional and practical support.
We also help in every aspect of a person's life to help with the transition from unemployment to employment. We work holistically with a person-centered-approach, where you are in control. We also use the Recovery Star programme to help you get back into work and we support people throughout their working life and beyond.
Since setting our organisation up in 2012 we have helped and supported many people get back to work and helped many more with welfare rights. Here at the MHA Trust we are a family and welcome everyone.

We provide a safe and secure environment for people to work to build confidence and self-esteem. This allows people with mental health problems to find paid employment in their own time when they feel ready.
