ACE groups run in 8 schools and DSP’s in Greenwich borough. We have about 40 children and young people taking part who love to tell us what they think. The schools support ACE by running meetings and providing staff.

The ACE groups have consulted on a wide range of topics including;

  • Activities we like and the barriers to access
  • The world of supported work
  • London Borough of Culture bid
  • Council for Children with Disabilities event
  • Greenwich Community Directory
  • Keeping us safe in the local community
  • Lockdown 2020

Having a network of Participation groups enables RBG to have a wide representation of children and young people with SEND within the borough.

Sessions are flexible and interactive for the young people, so that all young people can contribute in a creative and open way that meet their individual communication and learning needs.
