Forest School Nursery - Kidbrooke Park

The Woodland Nursery is an outdoor nursery based in South East London for 2½ to 5 year olds based on the Forest School approach. We believe the closer to nature children are, the happier they will be and therefore the more likely they are to learn. Free to explore nature's riches, a child’s senses are heightened which enhances their creativity and imagination.

The nursery is based in woodland and offers outdoor play and learning in a healthy, natural environment. Forest School embraces the outdoors as an inspirational learning environment focused on the child’s learning needs rather than specific outcomes. As the children explore and experience the natural world on a regular and sustained basis, a Forest School is a unique way of building confidence, boosting self esteem, learning new life skills and promoting independence through hands on learning experiences.
