Our group of Local women aims to support you to take your first steps on your running adventure, at your own time and at your own pace. Why not come along and make friends and build real life goals that we will help you to achieve. It might be to run for the bus, play football with the kids or slip on your shoes and go for a 5K before a long Sunday lunch. We are here to make your goals happen.
