Simba Housing Association (Greenwich)
Simba HA is a BME association working primarily in Royal Borough Greenwich, providing Supported Housing to young single homeless people from the African/African Caribbean community in Greenwich. Applicant must be able to demonstrate a connection to greenwich borough.
Simba works with the local authority and a number of Registered Provider in the delivery of its services.

Applicants for our supported housing can refer themselves but they must be able to show that they have contacted RBG and were asked to contact Simba.
We also take referral from other voluntary agencies working in and outside the borough.

The properties that we manage for our Supported Housing are all located in Greenwich Borough: Abbeywood, Woolwich and Charlton.
Our service is aimed at clients with low support needs and our tenants must be able to live independently. We work with them to develop indepemdently living skill to enable them to move-on and manage their own tenancies.
