Step Up Performing Arts School

Part-time stage school which aims to develop student’s skills in the performing arts, building confidence, self-esteem and improving communication skills. The Step Up course runs for 3 terms a year. In the Autumn-term students work towards a non-compulsory end-of-term All Stars competition, judged by performers from the industry which helps students prepare for auditions. In the Spring-term students work towards a Gala show, a play involving drama, song and dance which is filmed by Big Yellow Feet productions so the children have a memento of the show. In the Summer-term students work towards group and individual exams useful for those going to university’s and new schools. All students are also automatically entered into the Step Up agency.
