Melba Lodge aims to provide high quality care and support for adults who are vulnerable and in need of personal care. We have sound principles for the way we run our services. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount. We are committed to ensuring that the service we provide meets the current regulations for care and support in the community.
We have a good success rate for moving service users on to independent less supported housing in the community. Once the service users have made progress and acquired independent living skills.

- A history of Mental health/learning disabilities
- Service user has connexions with a local authority for funding
- Be over 18 years of age up to 65 years
- Have a history of mental illness/learning difficulties
- Be mentally stable enough to cope with taking some responsibility for their own lives and personal living enviroment
- Be compliant with medication
