Free open space available for families

Organisations across Greenwich borough are offering free open space for families to safely enjoy during the lockdown. All sites are COVID-secure and allow families to spend time together outdoors in a safe space. For more information, please see below for each organisation's offer:

Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT)

Free open space available for families on saturdays

• 1-hour and 15 minutes slots per bubble
• A 3rd of the astro turf to use for you
• group (netted off)
• Sanitised equipment provided
• Equipment and toilet facilities sanitised
• every 2 hours
• CACT staff on site
• Free parking available

The Bridge 

These bookable play sessions are for families of children aged 0-8 living in Greenwich with special educational needs or a disability (pre- and post-diagnosis welcome). The site is located in East Greenwich. 

In line with current Government guidance, the provision is limited to one family/ support bubble per session. Parent/Carer supervision of children required at all times.

Please book at least 24 hours in advance and advise us if you wish to cancel.

Session times:
Tuesday 2pm – 3pm
Wednesday 11am – 12pm 
Saturday 11 am – 12pm
