Independent People Live in Care is a CQC registered 24/7 care agency offering services through Greenwich. IP care is a leading company established by NHS clinical staff and senior managers to keep people safe in their own homes for longer. Instead of entering a care home or other institutional residential service it is possible to stay living at home in a safe and supported environment. The service is designed to keep you fit and well and to prevent admissions to hospital by improving your outcomes through exercises and stimulating company. Our in house Physiotherapist can provide approved exercises that will improve you functional activities and help prevent falls too.
For many people, Living in Greenwich is a pleasure that will be hard to enjoy if freedom and liberty is curtailed by the constraints of a care home admission. You do not need to be formally reffered to our service to use us, although some individuals are through either the NHS or via Greenwich Social Services. The service is available to everyone over the age of 18

Due to our clinical backgrounds we are experienced in supporting many needs; Dementia, Parkinson's, Mulitple Sclerosis, Stroke and Acquired Brain Injuries, to name only a few. As well as supporting Case Managers we work closely with NHS Continuing Health Care teams and Adult Social Services in Greenwich to provide long term, short term and emergency care packages for a wide range of health conditions and ages.
