Thames Reach Greenwich
Supported Housing Pathway for adult men and women who are homeless and are experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol and/ or offending.
Support with accommodation is provided to those assessed as suitable and willing to actively work towards addressing their support needs. Residents are initially given up to 13 weeks in an Assessment Centre, before moving on in the pathway for a maximum stay of 9 months.
