South East London School of Ju Jitsu

Ju Jitsu classes are based on a traditional Japanese syllabus, an all-round system of self-defence that includes throwing and locking (restraints), ground-fighting as well as striking. There is a more relaxed atmosphere than in many Ju Jitsu schools, with less emphasis on dress code but the classes promote a strong sense of togetherness and all students work together and help one another.
