Reflections Carers' Support Group

The Carers’ Support Group is a free evening group for people caring for someone with dementia either in their own home or in a care home.

At the group, in a safe place, carers can take time for themselves to express their feelings and find understanding. They can share experience, ask questions and receive information and support. You will be met with a warm welcome. For more details please contact the Reflections team.

The group meets on the second Monday of each month 7.30pm to 9pm online using Zoom meetings.
