Peer Support (Mental Health) - Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind

Greenwich Peer Support runs activity groups for adults with mental health needs in the Royal Borough of Greenwich to support their own mental wellbeing. Individuals are encouraged and supported to work as peer leaders within the groups to develop their skills and share their interests.

Peer Support is widely recognised as an effective method of support for anyone experiencing mental health problems.

Peer Support provides community-led solutions tailored to the individual needs of adults experiencing mental distress.

Volunteers who run mental health Peer Support activity groups have personal experience of mental illness, support and recovery.

Greenwich Peer Support runs a variety of general drop-in sessions, managing mental health and wellbeing, music, arts, gardening groups. Please visit our website for the latest programme of Peer Support groups.

We also offer a fun and friendly Facebook Group Page. This is a private, members only group; only those who use our services in Greenwich can join it, and only members can comment and see who other members are. Anyone can post but posts must be approved by our admin before publication.
