2 tutors, one of whom is autistic, support a group of 4 autistic adults to learn simple baking skills. We cover how to make a Victoria Sandwich, small cakes, pastry, scones and olive bread (pizza). We also teach basic food hygiene such as personal hygiene, cleaning and cross contamination. The sessions run throughout the year for 10 weeks for each group of people.
