Royal Greenwich Trading Standards wants to make residents aware of an email scam currently in circulation. The subject of the email will be “Support Centre: Tax for review” and it will claim that you are eligible to receive a tax refund. The email will have an HMRC (HM Revenue and Customs) reference number attached to it and sometimes a reason why you are due the refund.
