Inclusive BMX club as part of Greenwich BMX (Weekly sessions) Participants do not need to be able to ride a bike, the sessions are to introduce BMX and Cycling and give the experience of what is deemed an extreme sport. Children can begin on the flat surface on a BMX bike, and can progress onto the BMX track if they want to. Progress is encouraged but the sessions are to be enjoyed and for the children and young people to have fun. Brothers/Sisters and friends are welcome to come along and join too.

They are usually half days and participants can enjoy going afloat, enjoying the River Thames and adding to their skills set. Club runs a programme of boating activities for young people aged 9-17 years old from Easter until the end of September. Sessions are delivered by qualified instructors. Participants must be confident in and around water; some physical activities are involved but the Centre can cater for all abilities. Holiday activities/courses also available.
