For our Short Break on Saturday 22nd February, we are partnering with the Baked Bean Theatre Company to deliver an exciting day of drama!
Now in its 23rd Year the Baked Bean Theatre Company is an Arts Based organisation in London that works with children and adults with learning disabilities. Working with people of all abilities we devise, create and perform our own productions telling the world that people with disabilities have a lot say. whether its singing in the Baked Bean Choir, performing in one of our dance companies, or creating memorable characters in one of our theatre companies, one thing remains the same. Our audiences are blown away by what they see.
Join us on the 22nd February for an exciting day of drama. You will get a taste of what it’s like to be a 'Beanie' ending with a showcase of what we have created that very day! Whether you are a regular Shakespeare, or never acted before this is the workshop for you!

New Lodge Riding Centre
EASTER HORSE RIDING MORNING AT NEW LODGE CENTRE, MOTTINGHAM SE9 4RW
Thursday 16th April 2020
10.30 till 12.30
Pony mornings for children and young people with disabilities and special needs who have an EHC and live in Royal Greenwich Borough.
Come along and learn how to groom and look after your horse as well as riding. Suitable for beginners or those that have ridden. The stable management section involves instruction within small groups so children will need to be able to focus during this activity. It is not suitable for children who need one to one supervision. (We also do Tuesday evening riding sessions which are suitable for children with more complex needs). One to one supervision will be given during the riding section. The minimum age for this course is 8 years old.
This course is subsidised by the Royal Borough of Greenwich but there is a fee of £5.00 per child.
Application is initially through Royal Greenwich Short Breaks and details can be found using the link below.
Once you have been allocated hours for the pony morning you will have to complete our own registration form and I can be contacted at:
Hilary 020 8851 6447 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this. Places will only be allocated once all the paperwork is received so please return forms promptly as we are usually oversubscribed.
