Notes

'Community Sound' is more than just a music project! We aim to use music as a vehicle for health and well-being through personal development. We believe that developing our thinking and emotional functioning - can often lead to physical improvements, too.

The key here is 'participation'. Rather than being passive consumers of musical entertainment, those who come to Community Sound have the opportunity, to choose songs - to share thoughts about their significance, and to participate in their performance.
